DOCS Consulting was formed in 2009 and incorporated in 2011.
AFter many years in the industry as a Branch Manager and Sales Manager it became clear that there was a gap between what customers were looking for and the knowledge capabilities of the current employees of the equipment vendors. Since there is a high turnover in the office equipment business, many customers know more than some of the vendors employees and this creates a large knowledge gap when trying to decide on newer products. With over twenty years of experience working with Fortune 500 customers to SOHO customers we have the history, knowledge, and customer confidence that you require.
We are located in Miller Place, NY and directly cover the metropolitan New York area for office equipment and nationally for Document Managament software, Lenovo Computers, or Electronic Medical Records.
Our company is privately owned New York based "C" Corporation and is a partnership with Cnet.ie of Ireland. The company's founder, President and CEO, Michael Feingold, has over twenty years experience in Office Automation, Sales Training, Sales Management, and Branch General Management.
