We have spent years updating, learning, and condensing the most important technologies from the various major manufacturers and now through our consulting practice, can provide an outsourced method for your business to capitalize on our experience. By leveraging over twenty years of being in the office automation business, we know the inside track on the equipment, pricing, and performance of the various brands of products sold by dealers and manufacturers.

We specialize in the cost reduction of the creation, processing, retrieval, and distribution of documents and the related office equipment necessary to produce those documents. We can successfully provide a 30% to 50% reduction of costs to your bottom line and improve customer satisfaction and employee performance at the same time. Our mission is to provide to our clients, the utmost in professionalism, truth, honesty, and integrity acting as a partner, in sourcing the best products and services based on the client's individual and particular needs and not that of the vendor salesperson. Company History

DOCS Consulting was formed in 2009 and incorporated in 2011.
 
AFter many years in the industry as a Branch Manager and Sales Manager it became clear that there was a gap between what customers were looking for and the knowledge capabilities of the current employees of the equipment vendors. Since there is a high turnover in the office equipment business, many customers know more than some of the vendors employees and this creates a large knowledge gap when trying to decide on newer products. With over twenty years of experience working with Fortune 500 customers to SOHO customers we have the history, knowledge, and customer confidence that you require.

We are located in Miller Place, NY and directly cover the metropolitan New York area for office equipment and nationally for Document Managament software, Lenovo Computers, or Electronic Medical Records.

Our company is privately owned New York based "C" Corporation and is a partnership with Cnet.ie of Ireland. The company's founder, President and CEO, Michael Feingold,  has over twenty years experience in Office Automation, Sales Training, Sales Management,  and Branch General Management.
